Dsignarch Associates

Dsignarch Associates is based in Nadiad, specifically at Shree Hari Nivas in the Lakhawad area. It’s a residential-feeling part of town which makes it a bit quieter than the main market areas. The office is inside a building that has a more traditional feel to it. We don't have any big neon signs or anything like that. Just a small nameplate near the entrance. Inside, we have our desks set up with our computers and a lot of rolled-up drawings. The room often smells like coffee because we drink a lot of it while we work. Nadiad is a place where people know each other, so we often see familiar faces walking by the window. We spend most of our time at the drawing boards or visiting sites around Kheda. It is not a very formal environment. We wear casual clothes and talk to each other in a normal way. We don't use big words to try and sound more important than we are. We just focus on the plans we are making and try to get the details right. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait to send files, which can be frustrating, but that is just how it is. We appreciate being in a place like Lakhawad because it feels more like a home than a cold office building.
