Gayatri Mineral Development Co.

Our place is over at Plot No. 21/A in the GIDC Budasan area. Gayatri Mineral Development Co. isn't a huge operation, but we stay busy with the work we have. We’ve been here in this industrial zone for a while, seeing the buildings go up around us. Most of what we do involves the minerals and getting things processed correctly for whatever the customer needs. It’s dusty work and loud sometimes, but that is the nature of the business in Budasan. The plot isn’t anything special to look at, just a functional space where we get the day’s tasks done. We have a small team here. Most of us have been around for years and know how the machines should sound when they are running right. If someone stops by, they usually find us in the middle of a load. We don’t spend much time sitting in an office; there’s too much to keep an eye on out on the floor. It’s a straightforward setup. We take the raw materials and do what needs to be done. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a lot of hard work and people trying to make a living. The weather gets hot in the summer, making the shed quite warm, but we just keep moving through it. It's how things are done here in GIDC and we are used to the pace of it.
