Bhavya Skill Development Foundation

We are based in Motizer Village, which is part of the Kapadvanj Taluka. Our office is actually located at the home of Rajendrakumar Manubhai Shah. Since we are in a village, things move a bit slower here than they do in the big cities like Ahmedabad or Surat. We are the Bhavya Skill Development Foundation. We do not have a glass building or a fleet of cars. Most of the time, we are just sitting on the porch or in the main room talking to folks from the village. We wanted to help people learn new things so they could find better work, but we do it in a very low-key way. There is no big classroom with whiteboards, just us sharing what we know. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or the dust from the road, but that is just part of living in Motizer. We do not have a big staff. It is mostly just family and a few neighbors who pitch in when they have time. We do not use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just try to be helpful to the people we have known our whole lives. If you come by, you will probably find us having some tea and discussing the local news. It is a very honest way to live and work. We do not need much more than that to be happy with what we are doing.
