Our shop is located at PAP-W-58/1 in the Chakan Industrial Area, Phase-II, over in Warale. It is a bit of a drive out here, but this is where all the heavy industrial work happens. We have a decent-sized shed where we put together various mechanical solutions for other companies. There is a lot of welding and grinding noise most mornings. We have got some heavy machinery of our own to help with the fabrication. The office part is just a small partitioned area with a couple of computers where we look at drawings. It is usually dusty because of the work going on just a few feet away. We do not have a fancy reception or a person to answer the phones; usually, whoever is closest just picks it up. Chakan is a massive area, and we have been part of this Phase-II section for a while now. We know the guys in the neighboring units and we sometimes lend each other tools. It is a no-nonsense kind of place. We focus on the engineering side of things and making sure the parts we make actually fit like they are supposed to. Sometimes we have to stay overnight to finish a big project, but that is just part of the job. We do not use big words or try to sound more important than we are. We just build things that work and keep the shop running.
