Balaji Advanced Composites

Balaji Advanced Composites is out at Gate No- 397 in Charoli Bk. We are in the Taluka Khed area, right along the Alandi - Vadgaon Road. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but the space is what we need for working with composites. The air is different here than in the middle of the city. We have a large shed where we handle the materials. It’s a specialized kind of work, involving resins and fibers. The smell can be quite strong inside the workshop. We don't have a fancy entrance, just the gate and the road. Most of our day is spent at the benches, layering materials or checking the molds. It takes a bit of patience to get things right. The Alandi - Vadgaon Road sees a lot of traffic, mostly trucks and locals. We are used to the quiet rhythm of this place. Charoli Bk is a good spot for us because we have the room to grow. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just focus on the technical side of the composites. It’s a lot of manual labor mixed with some careful measuring. Sometimes things don't go perfectly on the first try, so we just do it again. That is just how it goes with this type of manufacturing. It’s a honest day's work in a quiet part of the taluka where we just focus on the task.
