Out in Village Khatauli. It’s a quiet place mostly. We are near the post office. In Muzaffarnagar district, everyone knows each other. Our company isn't huge. We have a small office and some space for storage. We handle different things, mostly helping people with their paperwork or local trade. It’s been in the family for a bit. The roads here are narrow. Sometimes the cows block the way and you just have to wait. That’s just how it is in the taluka. We don’t have a website or anything like that. People just walk in. The post office being nearby helps because people are already coming this way. We have a couple of desks and a lot of registers. Writing things down by hand still feels better sometimes. The walls have some old calendars on them. We drink a lot of tea while we work. The fan on the ceiling wobbles a bit, but it keeps us cool enough. Khatauli is a good spot. It’s home. We don’t try to be something we’re not. We just do the work that comes our way and try to be fair with people. If someone has a problem, they come and talk to Sandeep. It’s a personal way of doing business. We like it that way. No big corporate rules here. Just getting things done. We spend our evenings sitting out front when the work is finished. It's a simple life. Sometimes the rain makes the road difficult, but we manage just fine.
