Our shop is located on G T Road in the Muzaffar Nagar district, right near the Indra Murti. That statue is a big help when people are trying to find us for the first time. Being on the main road means we get a lot of people stopping by just because they’re passing through. It’s a trading business, so our days are filled with buying and selling, checking prices, and talking to suppliers. The shop isn't very large, and it’s often packed with boxes and samples of what we carry. It can get a bit overwhelming when three or four people are all asking questions at once. We don’t have any fancy marketing materials or a big sales team. It’s just us behind the counter. The dust from G T Road tends to settle on everything, so we’re always wiping down the displays. Muzaffarnagar is a busy place, and we’re right in the thick of it. We’ve been here for years and have seen the road get wider and the traffic get heavier. We just stick to what we know and try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door. There’s no corporate script here, just regular talk. Sometimes we sit out front on a bench when it’s quiet and watch the world go by. It’s a basic, honest way to make a living, and we’re okay with that.
