Costa Coffee

So, this is Costa Coffee, but maybe not the kind you see in the big malls in Delhi or Mumbai. We are out here in Chhapar, Rajasthan. The pin code is 251307 if you are looking for us on a map. It is a different kind of pace here. The sun is usually very hot, and the dust settles on everything. We have our little spot set up where we try to keep things cool. It is not a very big place. There are a few tables and some chairs where people can sit for a while. It is mostly local folks stopping by or people passing through this part of Rajasthan. We do not have a fancy uniform or anything. Most days it is just about making sure the machines are running and the milk is fresh. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we just talk to the customers instead of looking at screens. It is quiet in the mornings before the heat really kicks in. We keep the place clean, but it is a struggle with the wind blowing sand in from the street. You won't find any corporate speeches here. We just serve what we have and try to make sure everyone is comfortable. It is a simple life in Chhapar. Most days we are just happy to have the fans spinning and a few people coming in to escape the sun for a bit.
