Shivsuraj Infra Developers (I) Private Limited is based out of 41, Indra Park Colony on the Khargone Road in Sanawad. It’s a pretty straightforward place. Being right there on the road to Khargone means we see a lot of people passing through. The colony itself is okay, and our office is just a simple building where we handle the day-to-day stuff. We’ve been working in this part of Madhya Pradesh for some time. Sanawad is a place where everyone kind of knows what everyone else is doing, so we try to keep things simple and honest. We do infrastructure and development, which basically means we’re always dealing with dirt, stones, and machines. The office at number 41 isn’t meant to impress anyone; it’s just where we keep the records and meet with the guys. Sometimes the dust from the Khargone Road gets into everything, but you get used to it. We aren't some big city firm with shiny windows. We’re just local people who know how to get things built. Every morning starts with a quick meeting and then we’re off to the site. We like being in Indra Park Colony because it’s close to everything we need. If you’re looking for us, just look for the place with a few trucks parked nearby and people talking about construction. That’s usually where we are, just working through the daily list of things to do without any fuss or corporate drama.
