Avtec Ltd. is situated out in the Pithampur Industrial Area, specifically in Sector III. If you are coming from the city, you have to look for the Sagore Kuti landmark, as we are right near there in the Sagore area. It is a long drive for some of us, and the roads can be a real challenge during the monsoon season when the potholes fill up with water. This part of Pithampur is all about industry, so there are always tractors and big delivery trucks moving around. The air smells like metal and machinery, which is something you just get used to after a week. Our facility is a large, practical space designed for getting work done, not for looking pretty. There is a lot of concrete and a lot of heavy doors. We have a small area where we take our lunch, and usually, someone has a radio playing some local stations to break the silence. Being near Sagore Kuti means we get people stopping by asking for directions quite often. The sun beats down on the roof in the summer, making the whole place feel like a furnace if you aren't standing near a vent. It is hard work being out here, but it is steady. We keep our tools organized and our boots by the door, and that is about as fancy as it gets for us.
