We are quite close to the Gangwal Bus Stand, which makes it a very easy place for people to find when they come into town. We do two things here—we look at cars and we look at property. It might seem like a strange mix to some, but it works for us. People in South Raj Mohalla often need a vehicle or a place to live, and sometimes both. The office is usually a bit busy with people coming in to ask about a bike or a small plot of land. We have a lot of keys hanging on the wall and a lot of folders on the shelves. Being near the stadium means it gets loud during games, but we like the energy. We aren't trying to be the biggest dealership or the top real estate firm. We just want to give people a fair deal. We know the history of the cars we sell and the backgrounds of the properties on our list. If a car has a dent or a house has a damp wall, we point it out. It’s better that way.
