We are located right on Sanawad Road, which is where we manage our energy and farm projects. Being out on the road like this means we see a lot of traffic passing by, but it also gives us the space we need for the work we do. We deal with green energy stuff alongside the farming, trying to mix the two together in a way that makes sense. The office is pretty basic, just a place to sit down and handle the permits or plan out the next field work. It gets dusty being so close to the main road, and the summer heat can be really tough when you’re out there. We aren't a huge company with hundreds of employees, just a local group of folks who care about how the land is used. Most of the time we are wearing boots and work clothes because sitting behind a desk doesn't get the solar panels up or the crops checked. We have had some long days where things don't go according to plan, like when the weather turns or a piece of equipment breaks down. But we just deal with it as it comes. It’s practical work, and we don’t spend much time worrying about how things look as long as they are working.
