Our place is in Village Kharenti, which is under the Kharanti post office in the Limbasi tehsil. We are out in the Kheda district, far away from the big city noise. It is mostly quiet here, surrounded by fields and dirt roads. We deal with agricultural things, and our day usually revolves around what the farmers in the village are doing. The office is just a simple building that fits in with the rest of the village. We don't have any polished floors or glass walls. It is a place where you can walk in with muddy boots and nobody will mind. We spend a lot of time talking to the locals about their crops and what they need for the next season. It isn't a fast-paced environment; things happen at their own speed here. We have a small team of people from the nearby areas who know the land well. We don't have a big corporate structure or complicated rules. If something needs to be done, we just do it. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when the rains turn the roads to mud, but we manage to keep things moving. It’s an honest way to make a living, being part of the farming life here in the district. We just stick to what we know and try to be helpful to the people who live and work around us.
