Gain Waste Solutions

Gain Waste Solutions is based out of the IIT area. It’s a bit of a specific spot to be in, but it works for what we do here. Most of the time, we are busy dealing with the usual stuff that comes with handling waste and finding ways to sort things out. It isn't the most glamorous job, but someone has to stay on top of it. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few files, and not much else in the way of decoration. We focus more on the bins and the logistics of moving things around. Being near the institute means there is always something going on nearby, which keeps the day from being too boring. We started this because we saw a lot of mess that needed fixing, and we just stayed with it. It’s a lot of physical work and planning routes for the trucks. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially when it rains hard and the ground gets muddy, but we manage to keep things moving. We don't spend a lot of time on the computer unless we are checking schedules or responding to a quick message. Most of our day is spent making sure the collections are on time. We’re just regular people trying to keep the place a bit cleaner than we found it. It’s straightforward work without any hidden tricks.
