Dishantika Enterprise

Dishantika Enterprise is situated on Malancha Road in the Paschim Midnapur district. You can find us quite easily because we are right near the Dhareshwar Mandir. Being near the temple means there is always a bit of activity around our shop, especially on festival days when the street gets really crowded. Our business is a small local enterprise where we handle various goods and supplies for the community. The building is simple and we have been here for a good amount of time now. Inside, the space is filled with shelves and boxes of whatever we are currently stocking. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who handle everything from unloading trucks to managing the accounts. It can get quite hot in the afternoons, so we usually have a big old ceiling fan spinning away to keep the air moving. People from the nearby villages often stop by to pick up what they need or just to chat for a few minutes. We know most of our regular customers by their first names. It is not a high-tech operation; we still use a lot of paper ledgers and hand-written notes. We just try to keep things moving and make sure we have what people are looking for when they walk through the door. It is a steady life here on Malancha Road and we are happy to be part of the local landscape.
