Dreamco Kashmir Travels

We’ve been running this travel setup from the Langoo Building for a while now. Most people know where the Baba Demb Chowk is in Khanyar, so finding us isn't too hard. We handle things like car bookings and sorting out trips for people who want to see the sights around here. It’s mostly just us sitting in the office answering calls and trying to make sure the drivers show up on time. There is a lot of paperwork with travel, more than you’d think. Sometimes it gets busy, especially when the weather is good and everyone wants to go to the mountains. We try to keep things simple. If someone wants to see a specific place, we look at the maps and see what works. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to get work done. We deal with locals and people coming from outside too. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and checking schedules. We’ve seen the area change over the years. Khanyar is a busy spot, always something happening outside the window. The tea usually gets cold before we can finish it because someone always walks in or the phone rings again. We have a few old folders on the desks and a wall calendar that we use to keep track of the days. We just keep doing what we do every day. It's about getting people from one spot to another without too much trouble. We don't have a big team, just a few of us here.
