Khandwa is a place with its own pace, and we fit right in with our no-nonsense approach to the steel trade. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. It is a practical site where we focus on the logistics of steel and making sure the numbers match the physical stock. The heat in MP can be quite something, but the work doesn't stop. We spend our days coordinating with the main plant and handling the needs of people in this region. There is no corporate polish to be found here; we are just regular workers who know our way around metal. We don't believe in using big, fancy words to describe what is essentially hard, physical and administrative labor. We just keep our heads down and do the job. Sometimes the trucks are late or the paperwork gets a bit messy, but we always sort it out in the end. It is about being reliable and showing up every morning. We have a small, dedicated group here and we've built a routine that works for us and the people who rely on us for their steel supplies without making things complicated.
