Shrianand Organic Farmers Producer Company Limited is based at House No 1482/7397 in Dattavihar. We are located in the Bhekrai area of Phursungi, which is a spot that's seen a lot of growth lately. We are a group of farmers who came together to form this company. Our office isn't much to look at, just a room where we keep our records and hold our meetings. Most of our real work happens out in the fields around Khandwa and other nearby spots. We decided to set up in Phursungi because it was a central point for all of us. There’s no big corporate structure here. It’s just us, talking about seeds, weather, and how to get our organic produce to people. The office is often a bit dusty, and the files are stacked in no particular order. We don't have a website or anyone to handle social media. We rely on meeting people and talking to them face-to-face. It’s a slow way to build a business, but it’s the way we know. We’ve had some tough times, especially when the crops don't do well, but we keep going. It’s more about the community of farmers than about making a huge profit.
