Our facility is usually full of huge rolls of paper and the sound of forming machines clicking away. It’s a straightforward business. We started here because the location makes it easy to get our products out to the rest of the city. The office is right there with the production floor, so you can always hear what’s going on during the day. We don't use big words or have a fancy reception area for visitors. If you drop by, you'll likely see us in our work clothes, probably checking a shipment or trying to fix a machine that's acting up. Paper cups might seem simple, but there's a lot that goes into making sure they don't leak or collapse when someone is drinking their tea. We have a crew that works hard and doesn't complain much about the heat. Santosh Nagar is a decent place to be, and we've gotten to know the neighbors over the years.
