Academic Heights & Bachpan A Play School

You can find us on Badgaon Bila Road here in Khandwa. We actually have two parts to the school, the play school and the older section, all in one place. It is a bit of a mix. One side of the building is full of toddlers running around and the other side is for the older kids who are starting their proper school years. It gets pretty hectic in the mornings when everyone is arriving at the same time. The road outside can get a bit dusty, especially in the summer months. Inside, we have rooms filled with charts and desks. The play school area has all the toys and soft mats you would expect. The older kids have more traditional classrooms. We have a small staff that handles everything from teaching to cleaning and managing the office. It is a lot of work to keep both sections running smoothly. We spend a lot of time talking to parents about their kids' progress at the gate when they pick them up. It is not a fancy corporate school. It is just a place in Khandwa where we try to give the kids a decent environment to learn their basics. The bell rings at the same time every day, and we all just follow the schedule. We try to keep things organized even when it feels a bit crowded in the hallways during break time. It is a busy life but it is what we do.
