You can find us at House Number 951 in Dhokchaule Wasti. That’s in the Khandala post area, which is part of Rahata. The name Nutridelight Producer Company Limited sounds a bit like a big brand, but really we’re just a small group of locals. We spend our days thinking about food and how it grows. It’s a lot of work getting everything from the field to the point where it’s actually useful. We don't have a big fancy building or a lot of employees. Most of the time, it’s just the same few faces you see every day. We’re more interested in the actual farming than in trying to look professional. The house is where we keep the books and meet when we have to figure out the next steps. Rahata is a busy place, and there’s always something that needs to be hauled or sorted. We don't really do marketing or anything like that. We just talk to our neighbors and the people we know in the trade. Some days are good, and some days everything seems to go wrong, but that is the nature of working with the land. We just keep our heads down and stay busy.
