The office is located over at 6-12-48 in Ganesh Basthi. Being in Kothagudem means we deal with a lot of heat, especially in the summer months, so we try to keep the place as cool as we can with just a basic setup. Srinivasa Developers is really just a group of us who know the Khammam area pretty well. We’ve seen the town change a lot over the years. This particular spot in Ganesh Basthi is convenient because it’s close to where a lot of things happen. Usually, the mornings are the busiest time for us. We drink a lot of coffee and try to sort through the messages that came in the night before. It’s not a very quiet office since the street outside is always full of people and scooters. We don’t have those fancy glass walls you see in the bigger cities. Instead, we have solid walls and a heavy door that sometimes sticks when it rains. Most of the people who come to see us are locals who know us by name. We don’t do much advertising because word of mouth seems to work fine around here. We just focus on what’s right in front of us. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it keeps us busy enough. The desk in the corner is where we keep the main ledger, and everything is written down by hand mostly.
