Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Flour Mill

The Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Flour Mill is situated at H No 6-36/1 in Chinna Venkatagiri. We are part of the Narayanapuram Colony, which is in a more rural district area. Being out here means it is a bit quieter than the city, though the mill itself makes plenty of noise when the machines are running. It is a dusty job, and there is usually a thin layer of white flour on most surfaces by the end of the day. We have been milling grain for the local people here for a long time. It is a very simple operation. We do not have a big team or any fancy management. It is just a few of us making sure the grain is processed right and the bags are moved where they need to go. The building is functional and does not have any extra decorations. People from the village come by with their sacks of grain and we see a lot of the same faces every week. We do not really do any advertising or have a big website. Most folks just know we are here because they have been coming to us for years. The work is hard and the days start early, usually before the sun is all the way up. We just focus on keeping the machines in good shape so we can help the people who depend on us. It is a basic way to make a living, and we are fine with that.
