Venkanna is usually the one keeping everything organized while the rest of the guys are out in the field. It is a very informal atmosphere here. We don't have a front desk or anyone to greet you; you just walk in and find whoever is available. The air is a bit fresher out here in Bandampally, and we don't have to deal with the crazy traffic of Hyderabad. We just focus on our infrastructure tasks and making sure the projects in the district are moving along. It is a hard-working environment where people are more interested in getting things built than looking professional for visitors. We keep the doors open most days to let the breeze in. It works for us.
