Singareni Collieries Area Hospital

This hospital is run by The Singareni Collieries Company and serves the Kothagudem and Bhadradri area. Since we are right in the middle of the mining region, most of the people who come through our doors work for the company or are part of their families. It’s a large facility, built to handle the specific needs of a mining community. The buildings look like they’ve seen a lot of history, with that solid, older style of architecture. We have wards for different needs and a pharmacy that stays quite busy. Everyone in Kothagudem knows where we are. It’s a central part of the community here. We just focus on keeping the workforce healthy and taking care of the retirees too.
