Sarayu Properties Llp is situated at D. No. 11/4/70/2 in Nehru Nagar, which is part of Khammam Urban. Khammam is a place where everyone seems to know everyone else, and our office is no different. We’re located in a spot that’s easy for people to reach when they’re out running errands in the Nehru Nagar area. The office is a straightforward setup—nothing fancy, just some basic furniture and our filing cabinets. We deal with local properties and spend a lot of time talking to people about the land around here. Khammam can get incredibly hot in the summer, so we usually have the cooler running full blast. Most of our visitors are people from the neighborhood who are looking to sell something or find a new place to stay. We don't use any complicated jargon or try to act like we’re in a big city high-rise. We’re just local people working in the town we know. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of the roadwork nearby, but that’s just how it goes. We keep our doors open and anyone can walk in to chat. It’s a very local vibe, and we like it that way. Most of our days involve checking on local sites or helping someone understand their property papers. It’s just regular work for a regular day in Khammam.
