Sai Balaji Dairy

We run this dairy in Banigandlapadu, which is part of the Yerrupupalem area. It’s a rural spot, very different from the big cities. Our life revolves around the cows and the milk. Every morning starts early, before the sun is even up, because that’s when the work begins. We have a small building at 2-204 where we handle the collection and the containers. It’s not a complicated setup. We just make sure the milk is fresh and gets to where it needs to go. Living and working in Banigandlapahad means we know all our neighbors. Most of the people here are involved in farming or something similar. We don’t have fancy marketing or a big office. It’s just us, the animals, and the milk cans. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get the transport through the village roads, especially when it rains a lot. But we find a way. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us busy every single day of the week. Cows don’t take days off, so neither do we. We’ve been doing this for a long time and the routine is part of who we are now.
