About Reejwana Engineering Works – Engineering in Khammam
If you walk down the street in Prakash Nagar, you’ll hear the sound of metal hitting metal coming from H. No. 4-7-155/1. That is us at Reejwana Engineering Works. We’ve got the welding machines, the grinders, and a whole lot of iron scraps lying around the workshop. It’s a bit of a cluttered space, but we know where every tool is hidden. We spend our time fixing gates, welding frames, or whatever else the people in Khammam Town bring to us. Our clothes usually have a few small burn holes from the sparks, and our faces are often smudged with grease. It is hard work, and the shop gets incredibly hot when we are doing a lot of welding. We don’t have a fancy waiting room; customers usually just stand around and watch us work or go grab a tea nearby. We’ve been in the Khammam Urban Mandal for years now. People know us for being practical. We don't talk much while the masks are down and the torches are on. Sometimes we have to work late to get a repair done for a farmer or a local builder. It’s not a clean job, and the noise can be a lot for some, but it is what we do. We just focus on making sure the joints are strong and the measurements are right before the customer takes it away. There is a lot of satisfaction in fixing something that was broken.
