We operate Padmaja Paper & Polymer Products out in Penuballi. Specifically, we're at Sy No. 606/1 in Brahmalakunta Village, near the Tallapenta Post. It's a bit out of the way, which suits the kind of manufacturing we do. Dealing with paper and polymer means we have a lot of raw materials coming in and finished goods going out. The machines hum all day long. It's a dusty environment, that’s just the nature of the business. We started this because we saw a need for these products in the Telangana region. Most of our workers live nearby in the village. It’s a small operation compared to the big factories in the cities, but we stay busy. We have stacks of paper and rolls of polymer taking up most of the floor space. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait it out, that's just life here. We don't have a big marketing department or any corporate offices. My desk is right near the production line so I can see what’s happening. We focus on making the items and getting them loaded onto the trucks. It’s hard work, especially in the heat, but we get it done. The address might be a bit hard to find if you aren't from around here, but the locals know where we are. We've been here through the rainy seasons and the dry spells, just keeping the production going. It’s a simple factory but it keeps several families in the village supported. We just keep the machines running as much as we can.
