Our office is tucked away in V D O S Colony in Khammam, right at 6-1-23. Being in the urban part of town means there is always something going on around us. Maiwir Infra isn't some giant corporation with hundreds of receptionists. It’s just us working on local infrastructure projects that people in the area actually use. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and dealing with the logistics of getting materials to different spots around Khammam. The weather here can be a real challenge for construction work, but we make it work. Usually, there’s a lot of paperwork on the desks and people coming in with mud on their boots from a site visit. We’ve been part of this community for a while now. We don't spend much on big signs or ads because most people around here already know where we are. It’s a straightforward operation. We handle the technical side of building and planning, and we try to keep things organized despite the chaos that usually comes with infra work. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times we are all out in the field. It’s a bit of a mix. We just like getting things built right so they stay put. There isn't much more to it than that. Just a local team working out of a house-turned-office in the colony. We don't need any bells or whistles to do our jobs correctly.
