We’ve been sitting here at 7-12-36 on Charla Road in Bhadrachalam for quite a while now. Most people around here know us because of the noise from the machines or just seeing the shutters open early in the morning. It’s a hot place, and the shop gets pretty dusty with all the traffic going towards Charla, but we just get on with the work. There’s usually a lot of stuff piled up in the corners, tools we’ve used for years and parts waiting to be fixed. It isn’t a fancy office with air conditioning or anything like that. Just a regular workshop where we spend most of our daylight hours. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait it out, chatting with whoever stops by. We handle the daily engineering jobs that come our way, mostly from locals or businesses nearby. My hands are usually covered in grease by noon, and that’s just how it is. We don't have a big marketing team or a glossy brochure. If you walk down Charla Road, you’ll see our sign, maybe a bit faded from the sun. We started small and stayed that way, focusing on the metal and the machines. It’s a simple life, really. We open up, do the jobs people bring us, and head home when the sun goes down. Nothing more to it than that.
