Euca Plantation And Nurseries

Out here in Bhadrachalam, things move a bit slower. We are located in Ashoka Nagar Colony, specifically at door number 13-2-114. The nursery is always full of green stuff, even when the heat gets really bad in Khammam. We spend our mornings watering everything before the sun gets too high. There’s always dirt under our fingernails. People from the village come by looking for saplings or advice on their trees. We have rows of small plants in plastic bags lined up on the ground. It’s not a fancy botanical garden, just a working nursery. The fence needs fixing in the corner where the goats try to get in. We keep a small shed for the tools and the seeds. It’s often humid and smells like wet earth. Sometimes we sit on plastic crates under the shade of the big trees to take a break. We don’t have a website or anything like that. People just know we are here in the colony. The address is a bit long but everyone knows the general area near the village. We just keep planting and hoping for rain. It’s a lot of physical work, dragging hoses and moving pots. But seeing the plants grow makes the long days feel okay. We have a small dog that follows us around while we work between the rows.
