Khammam is a good town, not too big but not too small either. Our office is just a simple room with some desks and a few computers. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We spend most of our time looking at resumes and talking to people about what they want to do with their lives. It can be a bit slow some days, but other days we have people coming in one after another. We aren't some big city agency with a lot of polished marketing. We’re just local people who know the area and the jobs that are available. We try to be honest with everyone who walks through the door about their chances. There’s no point in sugarcoating things. Most of our work comes from people telling their friends about us. We like being part of the community here. Sometimes we just sit and have tea with people while we talk about their options. It’s a very grounded way of doing business. We don’t have any grand plans to move to a bigger city. We like it right here in Khammam.
