Bharti Hospital

So, Bharti Hospital is located in Balaji Nagar, right near the bus stand. It’s a convenient spot because of the transport links. If you're coming from out of town, you just get off the bus and we're pretty much right there. It’s not a quiet area, given the bus traffic and all the people moving around. The building itself has been here for some time. We see a lot of foot traffic. Inside, it’s usually humming with activity. We have different departments, the basic stuff you’d expect. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when it's a busy Tuesday, but we make it work. The staff works hard, even when things get stressful. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find us. We just focus on the patients. People from Balaji Nagar come in for all sorts of things, from minor cuts to bigger health issues. We see families, kids, old folks. It’s a mix. Our desks are usually piled with files. We use computers too, but there’s still plenty of paperwork. It’s a real place. No corporate talk here. We just try to help out whoever walks through the door. It gets loud sometimes, but that’s just how it is being near the station. We’re just a part of the neighborhood. It’s been that way for years.
