If you come down Rama Talkies Road, you will find us at 9/7/160. It is usually pretty loud around here because of the machines running throughout the day. We spend most of our time dealing with logs and cutting them down to the specific sizes people need for their houses or furniture projects. There is sawdust everywhere, no matter how much we try to sweep it up. It is just the nature of this kind of work. We have been doing this for a long time. The yard is usually full of different stacks of timber waiting to be processed. Some days are much busier than others, especially when a big load of wood comes in and we have to spend hours unloading it all. We do not really have a fancy front office for visitors. It is mostly just the mill area and a small wooden desk where we keep the bills and the phone. People from the neighborhood stop by to pick up wood for small repairs or bigger construction jobs they are doing. We try to be fair with everyone who walks through the gate. The sun hits the yard pretty hard in the afternoon, so we take our tea breaks under the shade of the big shed. It is hard work, and your hands get rough, but it is what we know.
