We set up shop here in Govind Nagar, just behind the NCC Battalion area. It’s a bit tucked away off Nandura Road, but that actually makes it quieter for what we do. Dealing with Ayurveda and traditional herbs takes a bit of a calm environment. Most days, you’ll find us sorting through different powders and oils in the back room. It’s a small group of us working here. We didn't start this to make a huge profit or anything like that. It was more about keeping these old traditions going in our corner of town. The building is simple, nothing too modern, and sometimes the roof leaks a little when it rains heavy. We just patch it up and keep going. People usually find out about us from their neighbors or relatives who have been here before. We spend a lot of time talking to the folks who come in, trying to figure out what’s actually wrong instead of just rushing through. It’s not a quick process. Sometimes the smell of the herbs is very strong, but you get used to it after a few minutes. We don’t have fancy waiting rooms with magazines. Just a few chairs and some old benches. It feels right for the kind of work we do. Being near the battalion keeps the area feeling steady. We’re just regular people trying to provide a service that matters to the local community. I think people appreciate that we aren't flashy. We keep the place running day by day as best we can.
