Shreeniwas Aarogyawat Foundation

The Shreeniwas Aarogyawat Foundation runs out of Khamgaon. We are located over at house number 128 in Gharod, which is in the Buldana district. You can find us at Vaibhav Kishor Thakare’s place. It’s a quiet area and everyone pretty much knows each other. We focus a lot on health and making sure people in our part of Buldana get the attention they need. Sometimes it’s hard for folks out here to get to the big hospitals or find the right advice, so we try to fill that gap. We aren’t a big corporate hospital or anything. We’re just local people who care about our neighbors. We spend a lot of time talking to families about staying healthy. It’s practical work. If someone is sick or needs help figuring out where to go for treatment, they come by the house. We have been doing this for a bit now and it feels like we are part of the furniture in Gharod. We don’t use fancy words or have big meetings. We just sit on the porch and talk through things. Khamgaon is our home and we want to see people here doing well. It’s not always easy, but seeing someone get better makes it worth the effort. We just take it one day at a time, helping who we can. Life in the 444303 area is simple and that’s how we like to keep our work too.
