Sgm Pharma

Sgm Pharma is located out in the Khamgaon MIDC area on Nandura Road. Being in an industrial zone means it's mostly factories and trucks around us. At D 48, we focus on pharmaceutical manufacturing, which means we have to keep everything very clean and organized inside, even if the road outside is a bit rough. The machines are running most of the time. It’s a lot of checking batches and making sure the packaging looks right. We have a small team here, and most of us have been working together for years. It gets hot in the summer, but the production area stays cool enough. We deal with a lot of regulations and paperwork, which is just part of the pharma world. It's not a glamorous life, just steady work. We mostly deal with wholesalers and other businesses. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. It’s a typical MIDC setup. We just focus on getting the medicines out the door on schedule. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. People come here for work, and that's what we provide. It’s a busy place with a lot of heavy lifting and moving boxes onto trucks for delivery. We just keep working until the last order is packed up.
