Innovation Self Cooperative

We are located right at No. 1 in Dubey Colony. It's a small place near Gandhi Chowk in Baradari. Being a cooperative means we all kind of pitch in. It’s not like a boss-man telling everyone what to do every second. We just get together and handle the work as it comes. The office is a bit old, but it stays cool enough in the summer. We have a couple of tables and chairs where we sit for meetings. Most of us have known each other for years, since we grew up around here. People walk by the window all day long on their way to the market. Sometimes they pop their head in just to say hello. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. We just put a sign out front. The work changes depending on the day. One morning we might be sorting out some paperwork, and the next we’re helping a neighbor with something. It’s nice being part of a group where everyone has a say. Baradari is a good neighborhood for this kind of thing. We try to keep things simple. No one wears a suit here, just normal clothes. We share the tasks, and if someone is sick, someone else steps up. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we get it done. That's just how a cooperative works for us here in Dubey Colony. We aren't fancy, but we are here every day. No one is trying to be a superstar, we just work together.
