Aditya Agro Industries

Down at Plot No. 244-246 in the New Gidc, you’ll find Aditya Agro Industries. This part of the industrial estate is a bit newer than some of the older sections, but it still has that busy, working atmosphere. We deal with agro-related items, which means our schedule often follows the seasons of the farmers around the region. When harvest time comes, things get a lot more intense here. The space we have across these plots is quite large, giving us enough room to store everything without it getting too cramped. It’s a dusty job sometimes, especially when the trucks are loading up the raw materials. We don't have a lot of corporate rules; it’s more about making sure the work gets done right the first time. The guys on the floor have been doing this for a long time. You can hear the hum of the equipment from the road. We usually have the doors open to let some air in because it gets quite warm inside the shed. It's not the kind of place you'd visit for a tour, but it's where the real work happens. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We take our breaks together and talk about the weather or whatever else is going on in town. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to earn a living. We keep our tools sharp and our eyes on the tasks at hand.
