Gram Tarang Foods Private Limited

Gram Tarang Foods Private Limited is located out at Plot No.1 in the Idco Industrial Estate. We are right in Ramaswamipur Village, which is part of the Gajapati District. Working out here is a bit different than being in the middle of a big city. We deal with food products, so we are always thinking about the seasons and what’s coming in from the local farms. The industrial estate is where all the action happens, and our plot is right at the start of it. We have a lot of space for our machines and the storage areas we need to keep everything organized. It can get pretty loud when the processing lines are running, but that’s the sound of work being done. Most of the people who work here live in the village or just a short bus ride away. We’ve become a bit of a fixture in Ramaswamipur over the years. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to make sure the food we produce is okay and that we keep things running. There’s a lot of heavy lifting and cleaning that goes into it, and the days are usually long. We take our breaks together and talk about the local news or the weather. It’s a practical, hardworking environment where everyone knows their role and just gets on with it without any unnecessary complaints or fancy titles.
