Orchid Life Care

Our place is right on the Bypass Road at Nedula Chauraha in Sant Kabir Nagar. Being at a crossroads like that means we see a lot of people passing through. Orchid Life Care isn't a huge place, but it's where we spend our time helping folks with whatever life care products they are looking for. The bypass road can be quite fast, so you have to be careful when you're pulling in or out of the parking area. Inside, it's a bit quieter than the road outside, though you can still hear the trucks rumbling past all day long. We keep the shelves stocked as well as we can, though sometimes shipments take a bit longer to arrive than we’d like. We have a few chairs for people to sit if they need to wait, and we usually have the local news playing on a small radio in the corner. Sant Kabir Nagar is a good place to be, and the chauraha is a handy landmark for everyone. We spend our days checking expiry dates, talking to customers who come in with questions, and making sure the floor is swept. It's not a complicated life, but it's important work to us. We’ve come to know many of the people who live nearby, and they often stop by just to say hello while they're out running errands. We just keep the doors open and do what we can to help people out with their needs every single day. It’s the way we do things around here.
