We are located out in Village Jattari, which is part of the Khair Tehsil in the Aligarh district. It is a bit of a distance from the main city area, so things are a little quieter around here than you might expect for a company like Denso India Pvt. Ltd. Most of the people working here come from the nearby villages or stay close by in Jattari. The post office is a good landmark if you are trying to find the place for the first time. We spend our days mostly focused on the daily operations and making sure things run like they are supposed to. It’s a practical setup without many frills. The weather in Aligarh can get really intense, especially during the peak of summer, but the facility is built to handle it. You see a lot of green around the area because it is still very much a rural setting. Sometimes the roads can be a bit rough after a heavy rain, which is just part of living and working in this part of the country. We have been here for some time now and have become part of the local landscape. It isn't a high-rise office building or anything like that, just a solid place where we do our work every day. People in the village know us well and many have family members who have worked here at some point over the years.
