Yogscon Infra is over on College Road in Khagaria. It’s run by Yogendra Prasad Singh. The office is a simple place where we manage all the infrastructure projects we take on. Khagaria is not a huge place, so everyone kind of knows everyone else’s business. We do a lot of work on roads and local buildings. It’s the kind of job that requires you to be outside a lot, no matter how hot or cold it gets. We don't have a big fancy office with air conditioning in every room. Usually, it is just a few of us sitting around a table looking at site maps and talking about where to get the best gravel. We have had some tough times, like when the floods come and everything has to stop, but we always get back to work as soon as we can. It’s just a small local company. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. People just hear about us from their neighbors or friends. We try to be honest about how long things will take, even if it’s not what people want to hear. Dealing with the reality of construction in a small town is what we do every day. It’s a lot of manual labor and coordination, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. That’s about all there is to it.
