Our office is over at Dawarika Pd Yadav’s house in Mahdipur. He’s the son of Shivdhari Yadav, and we’ve been operating Sandhyashree Engicon Private Limited from this spot in Khagaria for some time now. It’s a quiet area for the most part, though things can get busy when a project starts. Being in Bihar, you get used to the pace of things. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of offices. It’s just us here in Khagaria, dealing with engineering and construction tasks. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. It’s the kind of place where you can just stop by if you’re in the neighborhood. We don't spend much time on fancy advertisements or anything like that. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or just seeing our name on a board near the site. We deal with a lot of local materials and local workers. The dust is a constant thing, but that's just life on a construction site. We try to keep our schedules on track, even when the weather doesn't cooperate. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing, and other days it's just us planning out the next week's supplies or checking on the inventory. We’ve grown a bit over the years, but we still feel like a small local shop at heart. We just do our bit and keep moving on to the next task. We mostly focus on finishing what we start.
