Nimble Association For Change

Nimble Association For Change operates out of Pusaho, which is a small spot in the Bithan block of Samastipur. We’ve been here for a bit, trying to see how we can make things run a little smoother for the folks in our village. Usually, when things need fixing around here, it takes a long time. We wanted to be a bit quicker than that, hence the name. We don't have a huge staff or fancy equipment. It’s just a few of us who grew up in Samastipur and wanted to give back. Whether it’s helping a farmer understand a new rule or helping a family get their health checks done, we just jump in. Bithan is a quiet place, and sometimes it feels like we are a long way from the big cities. That’s why we think it’s important to have a group like ours right here. We talk to people on their porches or while they are working in the fields. It’s very grass-roots. We aren't interested in being a big name; we just want Pusaho to be a place where people help each other out. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we learn and keep going. We just want to see some positive things happening in our local area without waiting for someone else to come and do it for us.
