Jennifer Buildtech India is based over in Adarsh Nagar, specifically on the land marked as Khata 58 and Khasra No. 692. We’ve been operating out of Khagaria for a while now. It’s a quiet enough area, and our office is just a practical space for our construction business. We handle a lot of different building tasks around the town. It’s mostly about managing the labor and making sure we have enough materials on site to keep working. The paperwork is handled here in Adarsh Nagar, but we are usually out where the actual building is happening. Khagaria has its own set of challenges, like the way the ground gets after a big rain. We have to plan our digging and foundation work around that. We aren't a polished corporate group with big ideas. We are just workers who know how to use a trowel and manage a building site. My brother helps out with the transport of materials and tools. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build things. Sometimes the work is slow because of the weather, and other times we have three different jobs going at once. It can be stressful trying to find good help, but we manage somehow. We’ve grown a bit over the years, but we still feel like a small local outfit. The address might look like a bunch of numbers, but it’s just our spot in the neighborhood. We are just doing our part in the trade.
