Aaradhya Industries

Aaradhya Industries is situated right near the post office in Bishanpur. It’s an easy place to find because you can usually hear the sound of the machines from the street. We are a small industrial unit, nothing like the giant factories you see in the big cities. Inside, there is a lot of metal, grease, and the constant hum of work. We have a few workers who show up every morning, and we spend the day cutting, shaping, or assembling parts. The floor is stained with oil, and there are metal shavings in the corners. It’s a hot place to work, especially in the middle of the day, but we have big doors that we keep open to let the air move through. We aren't far from the post office, so we see the mail carriers coming and going all the time. Sometimes we have to stop everything to unload a delivery of raw materials from a truck that can barely fit in the narrow road. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning. We just have a small desk in the corner where we keep the papers and the phone. Most of our days are spent on our feet, making sure the machines are running right and the work is getting finished. It’s a straightforward way to make a living. We don't do anything flashy. We just make what needs to be made and try to keep the machines in good shape while we work near the post office.
