Bina Buildtech Private Limited is located out in Khagaria, specifically in the Parbatta area. We are based at the residence of Jivendra Kumar Singh in Bharatkhand. It is a more rural setting compared to the big cities, and we like it that way. The pace is a bit slower, but the buildtech work we do is just as important. We spend our mornings looking over the projects we have in the Gogri area and the surrounding parts of Khagaria. Jivendra’s place serves as our main hub where we keep the records and meet with the local builders. There is usually a breeze coming through the open windows, and we don't bother much with air conditioning unless it is really hot. Our work is mostly about local infrastructure and helping people get their structures up correctly. We aren't a big corporation with many branches; we are just this one office in Bharatkhand. People from the village often stop by just to say hello or to ask about a small repair. We know most of the people around here, and they know where to find us. It is an honest day's work, and we don't feel the need to make it sound like anything more than it is. We just handle the construction needs of our local community as best as we can with the resources we have.
