Aaa Labh Hospital Private Limited is tucked away in the village of Labhgaon within the Khagaria district. We operate out of Raj Kumar Mahto’s place, which gives the whole hospital a very personal and local feel. It is not one of those huge, sterile buildings you see in the big cities. Instead, it feels more like a home that has been converted to help the people living nearby. Labhgaon is a quiet area and the pace of life here is slow. You won’t find any big neon signs or polished marble floors here. We have simple rooms and basic furniture because that is what is needed. The post office is nearby and the police station is also in Khagaria, so we are well-connected to the local services. During the rainy season, the roads can get a bit difficult, but people still manage to find their way to us. We don’t have a fancy website or a mission statement written on the walls. We just focus on seeing the patients who come through our doors. Most of the people we treat are our neighbors or folks from the next village over. It is a humble setup where everyone knows each other’s names. We stay busy with the daily routine and don’t really worry about looking corporate. It is just us, Raj Kumar Mahto’s building, and a commitment to being there for the community in Labhgaon whenever someone falls ill.
